Thomastik Strings

Hey guys (and girls), does anyone of you actually use Thomastik strings? They're made here in Vienna, but it's actually very hard to get hold of them (so §$%#ing expensive).
What are your experiences w/ them?

I've never used them... but I use Hofners from Germany. They are expensive but they do play beautifly....
