Think very carefully before you spend most of your student loan. |

I'll agree with Louie and you've probably made a decision since your post. I voted for new, if you were definitely gonna buy one. _________________ Throw that piece of firewood where it belongs and get yourself a Rickenbacker! |

i like rickenbacker for its tone but its range is very limited because of its basic 19-21 frets are hard to reach beacuse of the body if they made a rickenbacker with 24 frets i would buy one but until then i dont have the money and don't have the will to try to get one _________________ i am the riidle of life to know me is to know yourself ................

If you like the classic Ric stuff, such as Paul McCartny, Roger Waters (back when Syd was still with the Floyd), and others of that era, go with the new.
Starting in 2007, Ric put the capacitor back on the treble pickup on a switch (so the capacitor can be turned on or off). That capacitor filters out all the bass tones on the pickup, which was part of the signature sound of the 4001s. So in essence, a modern 4003 is the equivalent to an 80's or 90's 4003 and a late model 4001 . |

Aren't your student loans supposed to be used to pay for school? _________________ "I'm not a man who likes to swear, but I never cared for the sound of being alone." |
