| Hello all, I just disocvered this site today. I'm 16 years old, 17 in a couple of weeks and I've been playing Bass for about a year and a half. Anyway, I don't really know anyone on this site yet so give us a shout. |

Welcome to the forum, things are a little slow right now since the site had been down for over a month. tell us about your your gear, your influences and if you have any questions we will do our best to answer them.

Thanks very much Rd_Artist. Well At the moment I have a crappy $90 (AUS) Eternity 4-string Bass which i bought off ebay, however it's only my first bass. I also have a 60 watt amp which is much better lol but I'm not sure what the brand is, something like ELFA. In a few months or less I'm getting a new Ibanez (sorry if the spelling's wrong) SR300 bass. This'll be much better than my current bass and I'm looking foward to playing it. I like many bands, mainly rock/heavy metal. I like both classic bands; Cream, Yes, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Mohavishnu Orchestra, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd etc. And more contempary bands; Muse, Audioslave, RATM, Metallica, The Mars Volta, Billy Talent etc.
What are your influences? |
