I used to have a Warwick until some poopstain decided he/she needed it more than I did and broke into my friend's van and stole it (along with my SWR 4X10 cabinet), so you can count me in the club by proxy. Wink

I've got 4 Warwicks. Two are Corvette Std. fretless 4-strings. One of them was my first W; the other one had such an incredible exotic tigerstribe ebony fingerboard and beautiful grained bubinga body, I couldn't resist. I upgraded the pickups on it with dual in-line coil Bartolinis (no hum or buzz) and added a Hipshot Xtender for drop-D tuning on the fly.

Then I got a Corvette $$ 5-string fretted BO in Nirvana Black ash. Love the MM type pickups and the versatility!

Finally, I scored the bass of my dreams on Ebay. It's a Thumb NT 4-string with the most incredible highly figured bubinga pomelle body I've ever seen. Won it for only $1400.00, so that was a screaming deal to have the bass I never thought I would ever find looks wise, or ever afford if I did find it.

As soon as I meet this forum's requirements, I'll be sure and post pictures! Cool

Also, there would be jerks like me posting about how they think Warwicks have stupid-looking bodies with stumpy little horns sticking out of them.

Someone would certainly describe them as "wooden-ameobas" at some point, then all the Warwick players would get angry and say, "You suck!" and then he would reply and say, "That's your opinion and this is mine" and the he would give the finger to his computer which wouldn't have any effect since they couldn't see it then they would say, "We sure got him because he hasn't replied" which he did just not on the computer which would create confusion and a long discussion about whether flipping someone off is good etiquette even if they don't see it or know that it happened.

This is only the beginning of the problems a Warwick forum would cause. See what I mean?

any of all my Warwicks would prove their better sound and quality than many others out there.

Many people talk bad about Warwicks without ever having tried one so...

I have had tons of basses (over 25) and they are all gone. only Warwicks here.
