Hi, everyone.

Hi, my name is Vinnie. I’m new to this forum. I’ve been playing bass professionally for 35 years. During that time I’ve played a zillion clubs and huge venues all over the U.S. and abroad. I was with the band Steel Breeze in the 80’s. We had a couple of hit songs so I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to have opened up for some huge acts such as The Who, Billy Squire, Kansas, Joan Jett, Hall & Oates the list goes on. During that time I’ve played thru numerous amps and basses. Just a few of the amps - Acoustic, Roland, Trace Elliot, Carvin. Basses - Rickenbacker, Fender, Steinberger, Carvin, Yamaha, Lakland, Ibanez, Music Man and a few that I forgotten about. I play a lot of original music today as well as classic rock, but though the years I‘ve played R & B, rock, funk, progressive rock, blues; not much jazz, though. I’ve enjoyed playing it all. Lately, I’ve been wanting to get involved in the bass playing community and venture out a bit to hear and talk about the bass, bass players and interact in general. I’m looking forward to learning about you and you about me. Thanks for having me aboard, I have a lot more to share. Thanks, again.
