HA3500 Rack mounting query.

Hello all.

I have a HA3500 which I want to stick in a Gator 2U rack case. I've ordered the "ears" from Sound Technology, but I was wondering if the amp is going to require additional support at the rear? The chaps at Sound Technology said not, but my engineering brain suspects otherwise.

I guess nobody has ever rack mounted a 3500 on here. Ahh well.

I have 2 HA3500's both rack mounted only in the front. One I have had for about 7 years and I've never had any issues.

No I haven't rack mounted my ha5500 because it came mounted in a retro looking case.
I've got rack tabs, But I'll probably never use them.

I only have mine secured at the front in my 4u case and it has always done fine.
