So, what are your Fender bass preferences? _________________ "Do not take counsel of your fears."

Hmm never played a Jazz, my 1st bass was a Squier precision pro, precision body, jazz neck and both style pickups, I liked the smaller body coupled with the slimmer neck. However I now have a Yamaha BB4 active with I prefer, 2 octave fretboard plus a bucketload of punch makes it more fun for me. _________________ Visit http://www.planetrock.co.uk/default.asp You KNOW you want to! |

I play all of the above.

The 08' Fender MIA Jazz V, because I own one. There's nothing like the sound that it gets, so punchy, articulate at all volumes and cuts thru the mix like a hot knife thru butter. If there is one downside that is that it's not as fast as it's 4 string counterpart, but I still love it!! |
