| Do's anybody know what the difference in the sound is between the Sansamp PSA-1 and the Sansamp Bass Driver? I know the PSA-1 is rack mountable and the driver is a stomp box. Is there any difference in sound? |

Whats up kid?Its DrBASS. Im DrSOUNDS on this end. There is a small difference in clarity between the two.You will not know the diiference when you use it.It is great because its rack mounted, but you dont have footswitch control. If you want this I will buy the pedal from you, if you want to get rid of it. Hmmmm
Still waiting for the Demeter, the thing accualy has a tube in it and supposedly has a good warm clear sound. The sansamp has a little grind to it(makes a passive bass sound active). My plan was to use the two together, but thoe's new Aero pickups sound so *Holy Censor, Batman* full, I don't know if I wanna mask the sound anymore with the sansamp. When I hear the two preamps together with the Aero pups, I'll decide if I wanna get rid of the Sansamp. May keep it for some grind now an then.
If you see Roy on Tuesday I'll bring the Duncans for ya. By the way you would like the Sansamp, it sounds great with a passive bass. |
