Hello, im wondering if i could get a Mark Hoppus tone with my deluxe active jazz bass. Like if there is any mod i can get. I got the Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass and i wanted a Mark Hoppus tone and im not getting great results. I cant trade in the bass or sell it because it was a gift and the gift-giver would be very upset with me so please dont say trade it in thank you. The Mark Hoppus Signature has Seymour Duncan Basslines SPB-3 Quarter Pound and yes i know you cannot put that on a jazz bass but im hoping to find a tone a lot like that. Thanks in advance
