hehehe - yup !
Fuel Tank pump went awol. £441 inc VAT theft and labour.
I sold a fair bit of gear, The whole Rig, bass FX pedals, 3 ESP
precision bass pickups, 1 Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder
precision puickup, a Freeview box, some Doc marten boots,
and i've provisionally sold my Tercel neck through
( just waiting for the cheque ) and the Jazz is now on Fleabay.
That little lot raised £600+
And theres still the 2 basses to go yet
I then bought a combo ( gotta have summit !! ) which i may sell on.
Its a Trace Elliot 715 SMC 1 x 15. I also have another Trace Elliot
1 x 1 5 combo and cant keep em both.
All in all, if it goes to plan, i will have paid the van bill,
and got a combo and break even. _________________ Strung out on strings |

You had some bass pedals? bugger I might have been interested there! Which bass you keeping then, to go with your new combo? Whats the power output on the new one? _________________ Visit http://www.planetrock.co.uk/default.asp You KNOW you want to! |

Ah the pedals !
An old 80's SD series Yamaha Flanger - built like a tank, go on forever thing.
Another 80's Yam SD series Stereo Chorus, oldish Maxon Overdrive.
When the Tercel has gone, ( waiting on cheque ) and the old
70's Jazzy thingy has sold on Fleabay, that will leave me with
2 identical P-basses as seen in the new " show yer bass " thread.
They are identical twins, and i fitted a seymour duncan
quarter pounder to one, and then acquired some ESP
precision pickups from the USA.
I pulled out the quarter pounder and fitted an ESP, and decided
it was a much better sound for me. I sold the quarter pounder.
The other twin is in the process of being fretlessed....
i'll post a photo of it when its finsished, though theres a bit to do yet.
Next i'll be deciding whether to fit another ESP pickup to the fretless,
or have it routed out for a new pair of Dimarzio Model J pickups i have. _________________ Strung out on strings |

yeah it was a beaut. Trouble is i had 2 chorus pedals at the time, and the other one was a GLX boss clone, which did just as good a job, but knowing the general populace are basically name snobs, i thought it would be easier to sell the Yam, despite the new price of the GLX being 2/3 rds of the 2nd hand price of the Yam
