hey guyz! im 13 and im joining an all girl punk band! yah its great but i need help! i need to pick out a good bass thats no more than 200 ive got an amp from a friend but i need a bass and i need advice on how to learn...

Look at one of the lower end soundgear basses. Good buys for the bucks.

Kudos on joining a punk band. A great and cheap start for a bass is buying a used one. c if u can find someone to teach u the basics or get learning books. The books that *Cream Soda* with a CD are usually pretty good. good luck with ur band
