What do these knobs do???

Sorry for the incredibly dumb question. I'm new to bass playing and I just bought an SR885. It did not come with a manual for I have no idea exactly what the knobs do. Is there a site online with the manual? Or could someone give me the rundown on what these knobs do. I'm use to the Volume and Tone knobs and pup switch on a guitar. These don't seem to work exactly the same.

I own an SR885.

There are 4 knobs 2 of the knobs are like a double knob.

The most forward single know is volume. The back single knob is pickup selection.

The most forward double knob is bass and treble. The bottom knob is bass the top knob is treble. The back double knob is mids and mid frequency. The bottom knob is mid frequency and the top knob if mid.
