Gibson thunder...Bass-less?

Ok folks, the unthinkable has happened... I have had to sell my axes to buy a house for me family! Does anyone have a cheap-o bass they would want to sell? cant find much locally.... Im very strapped for cash until my new career kicks in. (going to truck driving school) BLEARGH & thanks!

Find out the cost for freight, and I will give you my J & D luthiers bass for nothing. This should never happen! While I appreciate that family comes first, I think there needs to be a union, or welfare department where bassists can go and say, 'look, I don't have an ax at the moment. What can you do???'

But seriously, I am willing to hand over a bass if you can cover freight from Australia.

neil. may the gods of bass bless you with the speed of Jaco & the groove of Wooten. Ill do some checking on shipping to albuquerque,nm. Ive been on the road for about a month now training for truck driving dont get on the computer much anymore. Thankfully theres room in the truck for a bass & amp, even an inverter. how heavy is the axe? thanks, friend & I owe you one!

I will wrap it for travel and then weigh it.
I'll get some prices this end of the world, too.
I hope it's not going to cost more than a cheap bass is worth! Shocked
