if its a brand new one go for it!
but if second hand, push 1700 i reckon
depending condidtion
but always worth it for warwick

I know I'm late on this... but I haveen't been around for a while. The key to that question is it bolt on or neck thru. It actaully sounds a little high even if it's a neck thru... that bass is nearly 16 years old though will probably play for another 30 years like new. Just keep it waxed and buffed!!! As for pricing used Warwicks.... Neck thrus go from about 1,400.00 - 2000.00 depending on condition and bolt ons can go as low as 900.00 up to 1,300.00
They are worth every penny though! Good luck

+1 on if it's BO or neck thru, if it's BO it's too high. Also be aware they changed the necks a while back, I'm not sure what year, but you may get a differant neck than what you've seen. I know they were thinner, they may have changed the material. I'm not so sure about that.
