Hi again gang...
Just spotted one of these at a decent price,
does anybody know anything about 'em?

I was lookin' for a smallish practice amp
and then this came up, what do ya reckon?

Hey fatE,

I have a Roland Cube-60 and highly recommend it. It's an excellent practise amp, and works well for small gigs. The tone I get through the combination of it and my fretless is beautiful.

I'm not a big gear/amp-head, so I can't get into technical details, but it's the best small amp I've ever played through.

I concur. I once played with a keyboard player who used one with his B3 w/leslie. Surprisingly fat and colorful for a small package. He also played bass. An old Ibanez (late 70's early 80's). The pair sounded very nice together. A good recording/practice/small gig amp. I wouldn't mind finding one for myself. Good luck f.E

Thanx, for the reply.
I bought it for aprox US$180-.
Amazingly loud without flap and a nice punchy tone from a small package.
I talked the shop owner into a couple of extras too.
So, got me a full, decent quality learner rig
for about $470- all up!
Including Ibanez guitar, amp, tuner, lead, strap, metronome and a good book for discipline.

I won't be buyin' new equipment for a long time!
