looking for other members in NJ

hey wassup im a guitarist/bassist from a band that broke up and im looking to reform it with some more dedicated members. i have alot of original material written, but im not just looking for people to play whats been written. i need some well rounded players who can vibe with the music and improv and write well. the music falls under the alternative rock genre with its own unique catchy sound. some influences include: incubus, a perfect circle, lost prophets, coheed and cambria, mae, tool, genesis, mae, hooverphonic, deftones, alexisonfire, red hot chili peppers, U2, rage against the machine, story of the year, 311, portishead, tears for fears, anberlin, the cure, sade, chris botti, taking back sunday, radiohead, and much more. im 18 and im looking for the following players in the age range of 17-20(give or take a year).

>>>lead singer-MALE(this is only because ive worked with female vocalists in the past theyve all had a hard time with the music). i need someone who has a voice that doesnt sound like everyone else out there. also must be versatile and have a good voice. i know i might be asking alot but also try to have some kind of lead singer look too. this is a buisness, and even though i write excellent music, it doesnt matter how good my music is if there are *Poop* vocals over top. singers make or break a band, and everyone knows it. im taking vocal lessons right now so i will so soon be able to assist with any backup needs including singing and screaming(if neeeded). please no mic shy people or people who wanna audition for singer but show up with a guitar(its nice if you can do that extra, but make sure youre a good singer first).

>>>bassist(or guitarist who doesnt mind playing bass)-MALE OR FEMALE- ive found that some of the best bassists used to play guitar at one point. id be willing to split the guitar/bass duties with someone. either way, you must be good at bass. definition of good meaning you can play intricate lines, and maybe even slap and tap. please no punk bassists(not that im opposed to the style but i mean guys that can only play three notes with downstrokes from a pick), slap happy funk guys, or metal heads. try to be creative.

>>>drummer-MALE OR FEMALE-who is well rounded and can play more than one style, and for God's sake, more than one dynamic level. some of the music will also require different time signatures than 4/4. role of the drummer is very important contrary to popular belief. drummer is really responsible for all the mood changes in the song. in my music there are plenty. i need someone who can play heavy stuff if needed, and can also be funky, and also be subtle and do cymbal rolls, and can be unique in style. the last drummer in my band never listened to rock music, but came from a gospel, hip-hop, r&b background. sometimes offset styles mesh together well. either way, i am in need of a good drummer. please no metal heads.
