That would be awesome if they made Fender 6 string basses that we can all buy(not just like the rich people or whatever where they just tell a company to customize a guitar or whatever)...I never really watch any Alien Ant Farm videos or anything so ive never seen it but, I can already imagin how amazing it is Exclamation Good question though, maybe someon else actually has a reason of why they dont make 6 string basses Cool But I do not..sorry haha Laughing

It's definitely a custom job, JoEBass!

I have the 2001 Fender Frontline catalog and it has a picture of a 6-string from the custom shop. It is a neck-through. Very nice looking.

the original fender 6 came out in 1963? I think... Jack Bruce played one before he discovered the tonial muck & thunder-buckers that Gibson had to offer... Laughing heres a pic -

a baritone is tuned one octave below a guitar and one octave higher than a bass if I'm not mistaken.....

hmm... uh... i dunno... all i know is that Fender is not a 6 string bass even though it says "bass"
