I like Dean Markley, and Fender and Ernie Ball strings the most, but ill try just about anything that I can trust So I cant vote, but Id say Fender _________________

Gibby,
So far so good. I like the Nylons, they feel really smooth, the sound
is cool too. It's different but cool. As far as the rest of 'em, I don't
have enough basses to put all my strings on! I'm taking Neal's advice
and leaving these strings on until they're totally dead. I'm sure by
the time I'm ready to buy more strings tuningpeg.com will already
be out of business, so I won't be getting anymore ten dollar sets of
D'Addario's. I went back to their site tonight to get a few more sets, but
a lot of the stuff has already sold out. Guess I got lucky the first time
around. I'll have to start saving up now for that inevitable moment.
Who knows maybe these Black Nylons will last a while, do they last
as long as regular flatwounds?

D'Addario is what i use. but i haven't used much else, so i'm not sure if there are any better. _________________
