Hello;

Iīm very interested on buy one of those HARTKE VX410 cabinets, because itīs a really cheap one.

BUT, thatīs exactly the problem... You can find this cabinet for a list/retail price of $499 (USA: www.music123.com ) or 399€ (Europe: www.musicstorekoeln.de ).

Why this is a 4x10 Cabinet with 400Watts (8 Ohms) like all the rest, but it cost near HALF THE PRICE that other models of HARTKE cabinets with the same power (or less) and 4x10..???

I really prefer to spend 100 or 200 more in another cabinet if itīs really a very better cabinet..

Examples of cabinet WITH THE SAME POWER, SPEAKERS, ETC... which costs too much than the HARTKE VX410...:

Hartke 410B XL Professional Cabinet
Fender Bassman 410H
Tech 21 B410 Bass Cabinet
Hartke 4.5XL Professional Cabinet
Fender Bassman 410 Pro SL Cabinet
Ampeg BSE410HLF

Thanks so much...

They don't have the same speakers. The speakers are pretty much what makes it more expesive based on quality, and also the whole cab's durablity. Sometimes companies just sell it cheaper though.

Yeah, i imagined that, but...

Then the difference is mainly focused in the paper speakers, isnīt it?... most of the other has aluminium and even titanium speakers...

What could be a better cabinet than this one? (maximum 400-450€/$)

i have a hartke 410XL and i love it to death. i got mine at a pawn with an old peavy head and the cab for $450. ive since sold the peavy and picked up a hartke 3500. i love my cab, but i would say wait and get a little more money and buy the 4.5XL...you would just wish you had it later Very Happy
