I have a Vintage 1981 Ibanez Roadster in very good condition.
Body is black with a few knicks and scratches, neck/fretboard/headstock are maple. There is some wear on the top of the fretboard near the bridge from picking on the fretboard. Frets are in great condition. 24 Fret, 35" scale. D string tuner seems to be slipping, but stays in tune fine when playing (even for 6 hours). The pickups are a passive P and J combination. They are a cream color. 4 knobs, 1 master volume, 1 volume/blend, 2 tone.
Overall the bass is a great playing bass. It was made in Japan, who in the early 1980's were turning out very nice instruments for the Ibanez corporation. I've been playing this bass for a few years and it has never let me down.
Bass includes hardshell case. Shipping is from Central Illinois. This bass is HEAVY though. I'd guess total shipping weight to be about 35 lbs.
