I have a chance to get a used one for only 550!!!!

These things retail for 3100, sell aruond 2500!!!!

I emailed the guy to send pictures. I know it's this model because he said they have J and P pickups, and this is the only Streamer model that has that option. Active MEC active/passive pickups, neck-through, natural colored, and I am Anxiously waiting for the pictures!

Right on, rufie! Maybe you`ll graduate to Gibsons someday...but until then, warwicks are some decent basses! Laughing jk, man...sounds like a sweet deal!

It's a '91... do you think that will make much of a difference on the quality? It has black hardware instead of the gold like usually. Everything else seems to be the same, though.

They're probably the RockBass Streamers. Rockbass is the subbrand of Warwick, like squier to fender.

That's a Rockbass.

That's a real Warwick.

My mom's excuse this tiem is that she's afraid because it's so old. It's only 12 years old! I told her people use basses even from the '50s but she won't listen!

Get a picture in.. you need webspace for that. Nobody offers free webspace anymore. (Unless you call pages slathered in advertising and popups free)

And your mom is pretty smart if you ask me, it could have had a solid 12 year beating :p.

Well it's in my area, so I can check it out before I buy it. She knows that, too. And it seems like it is in excellent condition from the pictures. Didn't see a single scratch.

Now she thinks that because it was made in '91 that it's not the same thing as the one they sell today. Aye aye aye!

Now the've got ANOTHER excuse. They're afraid to go to the guy's house to pick it up, because he might be a big druggy or something, because he lives in the south end of boston.

have him come, alone, to a public place, leave the bass on a bussstop bench while your pops drops the cash in a trash can down the street for hiom to pick up... also make sure you have snipers covering him at all times in case he pulls some funny buisiness, or tries to be smart or something... Razz
