I am getting the Avatar 1X12 and the 2X10 cabs I am going to run it with my Crate B200Xl
This head pushes 220 watts, I bought it new years ago and use to run 2X15 Altec Lansings, and 2X12 Traynor in Sunn Cabs for the 15,s and a traynor cab for the 12's I was always well heard around the 5 or 6 notch I mean I was heard. Now the same music store that sold me the Crate in 1987 and said it was more power then I would ever need, are telling me know that in order to play out I need at least 500 watts, I ran this set up for years inside outside bigband small band yo name it. never had a problem. Look for an amp that is a work horse not just the highest power. I have no complaints about my Crate, and Hartke in my opion are alwaysa good choice.
I am just now getting into Peavey I have fallen in love with the Bam210, if I get it, I will still keep my Crate it has never failed me live, studio, home, never. |

Well it's hard for people to give reviews on Carvin because they don't sell them in stores, and I don't think anybody here actually has one. _________________ Hey. |

| I've played a lot of their stuff both in the showroom and in the practice room...and you don't want to know what I think about their stuff, trust me. |
