Hey, guys. I'm building a Fender Jazz from parts on ebay and elsewhere, and I need some help. Do ya'll know of any resources online for building from parts? I would also like to record my progress on this forum, like a diary of sorts. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you're interested in buying parts new, check out Warmoth. You can get just about everything you need there.

I really don't know what to tell you as far as a step-by-step process goes. I haven't had the fortitude to make my own bass yet. I'll see if I can't dig up some info for you, though.

It's cheaper to go buy one for less than the headaches that you get from trying to assemble one.

Why do you get a headache?
does it jump up and hit you in the head like the little old lady in that fairytale who baked a gingerbread man and it ran away. Except it ran away not hit her in the head.
