Novaselic played fenders?? i thought he was a big BIG gibson fan. everytime i saw a video of something with him in it, a thunderbird, or a ripper, but it's gonna be wierd if i've heard him play a fender, because i don't think he strays that far.

Most of the time, he did play Gibsons, but he used Fenders from time to time.... mainly in the early days.

I love it for it's incredible versatility, but it's active... so I could either take it or leave it (electronically, that is).

I saw a video interview that Stu did for guitar.com and he explains how he designed his bass specifically to give him a wealth of tones... and it's pretty impressive. Being Joe Satriani's bass player is impressive in itself, actually.

My favorite bass guitar player is probably Noel Redding, John Paul Jones, Geddy Lee, and more...........(basically all th ones everyone said already)I would put in pics, but I cant find any of Noel Exclamation Twisted Evil
