ANYONE HAVE A REVIEW ON THESE THINGS? WHAT KIND OF TONAL CHANGE DO THEY HAVE COMPARED TO MAPLE?

Graphite necks have great response and attack, and they also never have any of the standard twisting and warping worries of wood necks to boot.
You really have to play a bass with a graphite neck to appreciate the differences between graphite and wood necks, so you should seek out a few to play before you decide to invest the extra money for a graphite necked bass, because they are expensive, whew!
There are basses that are entirely graphite, except the hardware of course.

Graphite all the way!! if only I had the money Sad

It's been a dream to have an all graphite bass. I need all the punch I can get, there's never enough gosh-darn-it. One day and a morgage and I'll have one.

that is an incredible bass i know a guy that used to have a graphite neck bass but he sold it i never played it or saw but i have seen a picture of it he talks about it and regrets letting it go. (needed money for apt etc) i would have been homeless and played in public places for spare change and lived in an alley w the bass lol
Oooo i've got something new to dream of owning now.

hey then it wouldnt roll on the round bottom but i doubt thats it gib if i had that bass i most definatly would put my squier strat POS on the ground and put that in the 10 dollar stand. or just fork out another 10 bucks for another stand?
