my amp will fuzz this nasty fuzz sometimes when my bass is like not warmed up or something. then i put it down and it will fuzz bad and cut out and be fine, so i think my bass is messing with my amp a little bit, any ideas? you guys here give me okay advice.-timmy

Check cables! even WD-40 the output jack... WD is good stuff, was made for electronics on spacecraft & stuff.

my cable cost me 50$ a prolink monster bass 21'. it's gotta short in it, should i get it replaced? i get a new one for free if i want form guitar center-timmy

could be the cabel but it also could be the pods needing to be cleaned. You should clean the pods on both the amp and the guitar regularly.

razz me all you want, turd, but WD works great for cleaning pots & jacks...It was made for cleaning & displacing moisture in electronics...believe me, I work on computers & electronics for a living...& yes, if your cable has a short, ya might try a new cable! espesially if its a freebee... #Fist

aight, whatever, cool. how exactly do i clean the pots, with a q-tip? isopropyl alchohol, what part do i clean? where do i find the pots in my amp? (sooooooooo many questions) hehe thanx everyone, didn't mean to razz ya, i just love bein a smart a$$ though-timmy

You need to get pod spray that is plastic safe. This can be found at any Radio Shack I think. Spray it inside your jacks on the amp and guitar. On the amp and guitar get under the nobs and spray. Let it dry for a while before playing. That is the way I do it.
