Hi everybody...i'm completely new here...it's my first thread, so i hope i do it correctly...
I wanted to ask you a very simple question; Is there any "rolling slap" or "machine gun slap" method available on the web? The fact is that i have absolutely no problems with standard slap (funk slap as well) (i actually do great things with that technique ) but i still have difficulties to learn rolling slap, in which the thumb goes up and down (as a pic guitar)( i actually think that Alain Caron uses this technique too...). Please help me!!!! _________________ -Ibanez BTB-515

Welcome to the Bassdogs D!
I've found several good free bass lessons online through the search engines, but nothing quite as advanced as the techniques you're interested in learning, sorry.
You'd be well off to just buy a couple of videos of advanced bass techniques, which are like $20 or so these days, but well worth the price for in your face bass lessons. |
