| I'm not a huge fan of five-strings and I'm not a huge fan of having "Korn" on my instrument, but beyond that, it looks really nice. It looks comfortable and if you're into active electronics, I'm sure it would meet your needs. |

Metal is metal, don't categorize it under other stuff. It kicks *Horse's Patoot* too much to be under-classified _________________ -My lifestyle determines my deathstyle- |

| I voted rock, but I've been able to get a great quality sound for slap too. I think they are great for all styles, you just have to be creative. |

I tried a K5 bass at my local music store ( before they shipped it back cuz' it didn't sel li don't think ) whoops!
It felt cheap... Light, jacked up action and not made for me. This is just my opinion, it could be that the store guys goofed around with it and stuff... if they did then i will never go to them for a setup. Korn is one of my favorite bands but i think fieldy should have made his bass more like the prestige one he had made for him... Probably made better too. _________________ "What you doing rollin' da' rock?"

I just got a k5 today, and despite a slight maintence problem, i love playing it (i have to play it w/o an amp, no matter what i get absolutely NO output/feedback when i'm plugged into an amp), i love the light weight and positioning of the strings/frets (my old kramer focus sucks) _________________ the best feeling in the world:
