I am a huge Marcus Miller fan. Some of the techniques he uses seem almost unreal, but I know that he had to learn somewhere. Does anyone know the names of any of these techniques and how to do them. Smile

Can you explain a bit more about which ones you mean?
Maybe on which song/s?
It's fairly easy to grasp any technique but I must admit he has really got his chops sorted and very clean... (unlike a few 'hip' bass players).

Plus, I've heard him do some neat stuff that is his own thing.
He is a pioneer and always seems to find something new to say.
